CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE On April 20, 2017, the Union commenced negotiations and met in Toronto with Representatives from British Airways. The Company’s bargaining team consisted of; Douglas Caines (Vice President Operations Safety & Quality), Kelly McAuley (YYZ Airport Manager) and Medhat George (YUL Airport Manager).

Your Bargaining Committee consisting of Mahendra Patel, Marc Carraro and Robert McArthur met on Wednesday, February 15th to begin preparing for the next round of contract negotiations.Some basic education and training was provided about the Collective Bargaining stages along with a review of the Conciliation process, strikes and lock-outs.
