Status of Negotiations
IAM&AW Member at Bearskin Airlines, Your Negotiating Committee met again with the Company on December 9th & 10th to negotiate the renewal of your Collective Agreement.
We finalized the non-monetary proposals and presented the Company with a list of monetary/financial proposals.
The Company is in the midst of costing out our financial proposals and will be forwarding your Committee the responses to these monetary proposals at…or before our next planned bargaining session which is scheduled for January 15th – 17th.
We anticipate being in a position to bring you a fair tentative agreement that you will be required to vote on shortly thereafter.
We will keep you updated as we proceed further through this round of negotiations.
