NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS 2013 – REVISION
In an effort to improve proportional representation of our membership, the Union has made an alteration to your Negotiating Committee as follows:
Your Committee Members are hereby as follows:
John Heath – Chief Steward (Thunder Bay)
Scott Fowler – Winnipeg
Bill Munro – Sioux Lookout
Pino Migliazza – Alternate Member
Your Union Negotiating Committee is beginning to prepare for the next round of Collective Bargaining as your current CBA is set to expire on August 31st 2013.
We will begin distributing various negotiating survey forms to the membership so that the Union thoroughly understands which issues are most important to you and to the overall membership.
These surveys will remain 100% confidential and are for the use of your Negotiating Committee only! We kindly ask you, the I.A.M. & A.W. member, to treat these surveys with the same privacy and confidentiality. Please do not let others tell you what to write on your survey as your Committee requires honest and accurate feedback.
Please attach your name and date the survey forms. Forms without names attached will not be accepted.
If you have a working email address please provide it on the bottom of the form! Your Committee plans on sending various negotiation updates, along with any tentative offers that the membership will be voting on, to you by way of email.
The deadline for completing and returning these surveys is Friday April 26th 2013. Contact one of your Committee Members or Shop Steward for forms and details or visit the Local Lodge website for the forms. www.iamaw2413.org
