Your Bargaining Committee and with support of IAMAW Grand Lodge, after multiple sessions of bargaining have now reached an impasse with the Company.
We have filed a Notice of Dispute and request for conciliation assistance in accordance with Canada Labour Code, Part I, Section 71, in order to establish a Collective Agreement that reflects your demands.
Your Negotiations Committee has been and will continue to work on the issues that are of critical importance to the membership. The Committee will keep you informed of all upcoming developments.
