Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Due to the COVID19 health pandemic and the potential risks associated with the health and safety of our members, the Transportation District 140 Executive Board had decided to request from the Grand Lodge a dispensation from Article 4.02 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws.

The motion was as follows: “The Executive Board requests dispensation from article 4.02 of the District 140 bylaws to move the District 140 Convention from October 2020 to April 2021”.
This dispensation request has been approved by the Grand Lodge.
Therefore this bulletin is to inform our members that the Transportation District 140 Convention will now take place on
Monday, April 26, 2021 through to Wednesday, April 28, 2021 inclusive.
Travel days will be Sunday, April 25, 2021 and Thursday, April 29, 2021.
The venue to which the Convention will be held remains unchanged.
