This will serve as the call letter of the 2019 lAM Transportation Conference.
The 2019 Conference will be held at Paris Las Vegas, located at 3655 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 8, 2019 through Thursday, April, 2019.

Travel days will be Sunday April 7, 2019 and Friday April 12, Credential Pick up for Canadian delegates will take place on Sunday April 7, 2019 from 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. and continue the following morning
from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Online 1·registration will be available in advance of the Transportation Conference.
Each District and Local Lodge will bear all expenses for their delegates.
An electronic delegate submission process has been set up for this Conference.
Instructions on how to submit delegate names and email addresses electronically will be sent directly to each District Secretary Treasurer and Local Lodge Recording Secretary.
A paper copy listing delegates from your Lodge will NOT be required to be mailed.
Each District Lodge Secretary-Treasurer and each Local Lodge Recording Secretary should designate those members elected to represent then· Lodge as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, January 11, 2019.
This is extremely important because each delegate will be emailed a link that will allow them to
pre-register for the Transportation Conference, make a hotel reservation, designate if a guest will be accompanying them and RSVP for Transportation Conference events.
Additionally, each delegate will be invited to download the 2019 Transportation Conference mobile app where they can receive real-time updates leading up to and throughout the Conference.
The Transportation Conference will again encompass a combined meeting of delegates and staff from the airline and railroad industries. Everyone will participate in the Transportation Conference general sessions. All delegates from Canada will attend the Canadian Committee sessions established to address topics of mutual concern and industry-related issues.
When the work of the committees has been completed, they will report back to the Conference so that every delegate will be involved in shaping our future goals. Agendas will be sent out to Canadian delegates prior to the conference.
