However, you must have someone at the meeting present a letter from you indicating that if nominated for a specific position, you accept your nomination. <br \/> This type of acceptance letter can also be emailed\/faxed to me prior to the meetings on November 6. <br \/> Anyone seeking nomination must have completed their probationary period, And be a member in good standing for 1 year.<\/p>\n<p>Nomination forms can be found on our website\u00a0 <b>www.iamaw2413.ca<\/b> under the tab <b>links<\/b>, <b>local lodge forms<\/b><b>\u00a0 <\/b>and then <b>Union Shop Nomination forms.\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0They can also be found with the Chief Steward.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/iamaw2413.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/union-shop-nomination-form-1.pdf\">Union Shop Nomination Form<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>(The Chief Steward has extra responsibilities, aside from those above. He\/she is expected to have an introduction session with new hires, provide them with a copy of the collective agreement and ensure Union enrolment forms are completed as per 4.02(c) of the CBA. He\/she is also <br \/> expected to participate in Labour Relations meetings with the Company and assist in preparing the meeting agenda.
